Vesopa EPOS operates on a subscription-based model. Payments are due as per the agreed plan. Failure to pay may result in service suspension. Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Vesopa provides ongoing support for its EPOS software. Hardware warranties may vary based on the manufacturer’s policy. Users are responsible for maintaining their own network connectivity and ensuring hardware compatibility.
We take data security seriously and implement encryption and secure protocols to protect business transactions and customer data. However, users are responsible for safeguarding their credentials and access permissions.
Vesopa EPOS is not liable for business losses, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or operational disruptions caused by technical failures, user errors, or third-party services.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vesopa EPOS, its affiliates, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the service.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
Vesopa EPOS reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services signifies your acceptance of the revised terms.
